Overview
An Acolyte or Super Novice creates 1 Holy Water from 1 Empty Bottle. The caster must be in shallow water while using this skill. It can also be cast while in standing in a Sage's Deluge and does not consume the cells of the spell. It can also be used while in a Ninja's Watery Evasion but doing so will use the cells of the Watery Evasion and they will be removed after casting.
