Description
Increases the range of all Warlock spells and decreases their Fixed Cast Time. Cast Time reduction is further increased by caster's INT and Base Level.

Notes
- Formula for Fixed Cast Reduction
FCT Reduction % = Base_FCT_Reduc + (INT ÷ 15) + (BaseLv ÷ 15)
- This skill does not affect the range of Mage, Wizard or High Wizard skills.
- Does not stack with Sacrament or other Fixed Cast Reducing statuses, only the one with the highest reduction will apply.
