Overview
Bios Island was released as part of the Episode 14.3 content. Once players complete the Dimensional Travel quest, they will be able to access Bios Island. After players successfully complete Bios Island once, they will unlock the ability to access Mors' Cave, another instance released in Episode 14.3.
Background and Lore
Grim Reaper Ankou created the Bios Island to conduct biological experiments upon the living. The place is located in a pocket dimension and doesn't abide by normal rules of nature. The flow of time here is speed up and one days equals a lifetime. However, it seems like Ankou is selective about who is affected by this condition and lets adventurers off the hook, perhaps for personal amusement.
As the day advances, monsters grow up older and stronger, eventually becoming undead lackeys of Ankou once the Moon is high. The purpose of this experiment is unclear and you must find out what's going on. If this process is used to create troops for Morroc, the expedition may not be able to do anything at all.
