Duration: 2 Hours

Overview

This standalone instance situates itself in the upper middle-tier difficulty range and is certainly not a pushover, but not overbearing either. It is recommended to come with a resonably sized party that has a balanced composition. Rewards include experience with values simular to those of Infinite Space and a wide array of interesting loot, mostly tailored towards performers but also including some very nice armors and accessories. Featuring 20 rooms full of monsters, with a tough miniboss every fourth, plus a final boss fight, this instance takes a moderate amount of time to complete. The main difference that separates it from other instances, is the large amount of text and dialogues, which can be skipped entirely if the party's leader desires so.

As an extra mechanic, Wanderer and Minstrel inflict x1.5 additional damage to all monsters inside of the instance.

Background and Lore

Directly related to events of Episode 14.3, this instance narrates the strangest adventure of The White Feathers guild during which they met Shaloshi, an enigmatic and quiet girl who turned out to be much more. If you already explored the episode's storyline and instances, you'll figure out what's going on right away, this place is another dreamworld! New Oz went to explore this illusion due to a calling from an unknown being, inviting the rest of his guild via a letter before venturing in. Roel quickly began to organize a party, eager to meet the legendary guild master for the first time, but not all members had as much enthusiasm, in fact, Rotheld already took the guild's reins and only joined the expedition begrudgingly.
Not to spoil much, inside you'll meet the entirety of The White Feathers guild, New Oz and the mysterious girl, Shaloshi. You will travel through a dream-like cavern, fighting small demons with a strong affinity to music and large, living pianos. You will listen to the tales and shenanigans of this silly guild and even help them compose a song.
The ultimate goal driver though, is New Oz's selfish interest in the girl, but things probably won't end the way he wishes...

Tips

Every room is filled with little Peres, they aren't particularly powerful but are fast and come in large groups, which can result in an untimely defeat if the group's organization is chaotic.

Every fourth room (where NPC meetings take place), you'll face a Dusty or Soaked Jitterbug at random. Those minibosses are fairly powerful and each type has its own particular stats and set of skills.
Be careful and don't dive head-on to face it before clearing out all the Peres.

The final fight is against Grand Pere, which is actually just a Jitterbug mounted by various Peres. This synergy however, turns it into a very formidable foe.
Using an impressive array of debuffs and musical skills, Grand Pere disrupts the group non-stop, which is further aggravated by New Oz's jokes, which only manage to provoke it, resulting in a Wide Freeze spell.
One vital thing to watch out for, is the Sound of Destruction skill, which will deal a large amount of miscellaneous damage, stun and remove all benefitial song effects from party members that are affected by any performer's song or dance.
At certain percentages of the Grand Pere's HP, groups of 6 Peres will join in to help their buddies, those must be killed quickly or things will turn even more chaotic.
While tricky, this boss isn't exactly a damage-dealing powerhouse, the fight revolves entirely around execution and everyone's attention.
Though, the squishies should be aware of the Wide Lex Aeterna spell and not put themselves in a dangerous position while debuffed by it.
