Description
Fires a mystical shot at the target that deals moderate damage and reduces resistance to Neutral property attacks. Success rate is based on caster's DEX and skill's level.

Notes
- The debuff boosts elemental physical damage by a small amount since SATK is of neutral property.
- Bind Trap's damage is also boosted by this effect.
