Overview
This skill allows the user to naturally recover HP while moving. The user recovers HP at half the normal rate if they are not moving and quarter of the rate if they are sitting. This skill is independent of the Increase HP Recovery skill; there is no extra recovery until the user either stops moving or sits down.
