Overview
One of the members of the Undersea City Investigation Team, Istan is a master craftsman. He has been able to take various parts of monsters and different items found in the Undersea City and fuse them together to create an assortment of equipment. Although he offers his services to any members of the Investigation Team, only some items are available to members who have done special tasks.
