High First Classes are the Transcendent equivalents of First Classes. They have the same skills and job bonuses as their non-transcendent counterparts. The difference between them is a discoloration in the sprite and +25% HP/SP. They also automatically learn all First Class Quest Skills upon changing from High Novice .

Once a character has Transcended and become a High Novice, they must embark on the journey to gain Experience once again from the beginning. Once that character has met the appropriate prerequisites, they can change to the First Job they originally chose. Like the differences between a Novice and a High Novice, Transcendent First Jobs have a different sprite color palette and receive an extra 25% Max HP and Max SP. Their job title changes to "High First Job."They receive the same job bonuses and skills of the original First Job. Any Platinum Skills gained through job skill quests are automatically given to the character, regardless if they had completed them prior.

Their naming follows the "High <i>First Class Name</i>" scheme on iRO, and other Ragnarok versions may have "<i>First Class Name</i> High" instead.
