Rolling Cutter is a 3rd job offensive skill available as Guillotine Cross.
Description
Spins quickly, slicing all foes around the caster and generating one Spin Counter, to be used with the Cross Ripper Slasher skill. Up to 10 Spin Counters can be active at once and they're lost upon moving. Damage scales with Base Level.
Mechanics
Rolling Cutter is a physical melee skill, and is blocked by Safety Wall and affected by reflect damage effects such as Shield Reflect. This skill is dependent on HIT, and can miss against targets with high FLEE.
This skill has additional scaling based on level in the form of:
Damage (ATK)% = (Base_Damage × BaseLv ÷ 100)
