Description
Disables a target's reflection abilities. Skill activation attempts may fail during Kyoumu's duration.
Notes
- Kyoumu only restricts reflecting abilities. Any other actions can still be done.
- Kyoumu does not remove buffs that grants reflecting effects, instead it suspends the reflect effects for its duration
- Kyoumu can only be used in PvP and War of Emperium.
