Description
Allow the caster to use one random Mage or Wizard skill. Ignores any items required for casting the skill.

Notes
- When used, a random spell is chosen, and the caster is given a targeting icon in order to use the spell. Right-clicking (for all spells) or Left-clicking on something that is not a valid target (for targeted spells) will cancel the skill.
- There is no cast time for the Improvised Song, but if the caster chooses to use the random Mage/Wizard spell, they will be affected by the cast time and after cast delay of the specific skill.
