Description
Casts an area around the caster where all skills are disabled, with the exception of Longing for Freedom.

- Boss monsters are unaffected by this skill
- The Bard/Dancer who activated this skill may still use other skills that could normally be during a song/dance. (Such as Slinging Arrow.)
